- Design Approval: For custom orders, we may provide a design mockup for your approval. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

- Legal Responsibility: You acknowledge that Moreiarty is not responsible for any legal actions taken by third-party copyright holders due to the customisation. You purchase and use these products at your own risk.

- Non-Affiliation: Moreiarty is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any brands, including but not limited to Nike, Inc., Adidas AG, or any other trademarked entities featured on our custom products. - Ownership of Content: The custom artwork provided by Moreiarty is independently created and is intended to add artistic value. We do not claim ownership of any third-party logos, characters, or designs that may be featured in our customisations. - Transformative Work: The customisations offered by Moreiarty are intended as transformative works under the principles of fair use. Request for Removal Policy

Order Process

- Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept domestic and international payments through RazorPay and PayPal.
