All orders are dispatched from our Delhi studio via tracked, insured courier. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your pair ships.

Want us to paint
your own pair?

India customers can send us their own deadstock pair to be painted — rather than having us source one. The commission process is the same: brief, sketch sign-off, paint. You just ship us the shoe first.

International clients: This option is not available for international orders due to cross-border shipping complexity. International clients either have us source a DS pair in Delhi, or ship their own pair directly — contact us on WhatsApp to discuss.

Submit your commission brief — tell us the silhouette, the theme, what you're after. We'll confirm your brief over WhatsApp.

We send you our studio address once the brief is confirmed. Ship your pair to us via any tracked courier — we recommend insuring it.

We confirm receipt on WhatsApp as soon as the pair arrives, then begin the sketch process. Inbound shipping cost is your responsibility.

Once painted and QC'd, we ship your pair back to you — free, tracked, insured, same as any India order.

Returns & Refunds

Every commission is made specifically for you — sketch approved, then painted. Here's exactly how returns, defects, and refunds work.

Custom commissions

Custom commissions cannot be returned or exchanged. Every pair is made to your approved sketch — it exists for you and no one else.

This is why the sketch sign-off exists. You've approved the design before a single brushstroke touches the shoe. The finished pair reflects what you approved.

Defective or incorrect pairs

If your pair arrives defective, or if the finished work materially differs from the approved sketch due to a studio error — we will make it right.

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your pair. Message us on WhatsApp with photographs. We'll assess and agree on a resolution — repair, redo, or refund depending on the situation.

Refund process

Where a refund is agreed, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once received and inspected at our studio, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 8–10 business days.

Return shipping costs for approved defect claims are covered by us. Return shipping for any other reason is the customer's responsibility.

Transit Damage

Every order ships insured. If something goes wrong in transit, here's the process.

Photograph immediately

If your pair arrives damaged, photograph both the packaging and the damage before doing anything else. These photos are required for the insurance claim. Don't discard the packaging.

Contact us within 48 hours

Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your photos. We'll file the insurance claim on your behalf and keep you updated on the resolution process. Message us here →

Resolution

Once the insurance claim is processed, we'll agree on a resolution with you — repair, replacement, or refund depending on the extent of the damage and the insurance outcome. We won't leave you without a resolution.
